Please note the following to ensure a timely delivery of your IronMind order:
Placing Orders

Orders placed by 7 a.m. PST will be shipped the same business day; orders received after that time will be shipped the following business day.

A business day is Monday through Friday (except holidays) and does not include weekends.
When to Expect Delivery

Normal delivery time via regular shipping is 2 to 4 business days for West Coast orders and 6-7 business days for East Coast orders; and 2 to 4 weeks for international orders.

Expedited shipping: If you select 2-business day air shipping, you will receive your order two business days after your order is shipped. For example, if you order on Wednesday, your order will (normally) ship on Thursday, for delivery the following Monday. Please provide a street address for 2-business day air shipping. Please note that UPS does not guarantee expedited shipping during inclement weather.
Confirmations

You will receive an order number when your order is completed, as well as several e-mail confirmations. If your e-mail address is incorrectly entered, you will not receive any confirmations. Please check your e-mail regularly after placing your order in case we have contacted you for a bank card problem, shipping confirmation, or question about your order.
S&H Charges

If you do not receive a (correct) shipping amount on your order, we'll send a follow-up e-mail with the S&H charges for your confirmation.
Duties & Taxes

International orders: Please note that you will be required to pay any duties/taxes owed to your government upon delivery of your shipment. Please check with your local customs office for a schedule of these charges.
Gift Certificates

You are welcome to use an IronMind gift certificate in our e-store. Just enter the number in the appropriate field at Check-out and it will be applied to your order.
Returns and Refunds

You are welcome to return an item promptly in new condition for a refund (of the price of the item, not including S&H) or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please pack it carefully and send it either via US mail to PO Box 1228, Nevada City, CA 95959 or via UPS to IronMind Enterprises, Inc., 11992 Charles Drive, Grass Valley, CA 95945. Please enclose a copy of the invoice along with your instructions. If you are making an exchange, please provide payment for any balance due (e.g., the S&H charges for the replacement items) or confirm that we may use your bank card on file. Please return the item right away so that you stay within our 30-day return period.
Order Errors/Changes

A common error at Check-Out is entering the wrong expiration date or security code for your VISA, MC or AMEX. Please check your bank card details carefully to avoid a delay in processing your order.

If you have made an error in your order (e.g., billing/shipping addresses switched, wrong address) or wish to add to, change or cancel your order, please send an e-mail immediately after your order has been placed to sales@ironmind.com, and we’ll be glad to make the changes, so long as your order has not already been shipped.
