|For years I had a problem with dips as part of my circuit training. A dipping belt was just too inconvenient. The Red-I-Belt around the waist with a snap clip allows me to transition to dips with added weight easily. If separation is needed between the snap clip and Red-I-Belt one can get it by using a nylon loop or daisy chain with the Red-I-Belt. During my circuit training I am able wear the Red-I-Belt through out the circuit and when I get to dips I just squat down secure the snap clip to a loading pin and I am all set for dips.
