The Zenith is a relatively hefty gripper, however, surprisingly manageable even in consideration of my comparatively smaller hands. Recently, I was noticing that my index fingers were seemingly going along for the ride rather than exerting maximum effort while closing for reps. So as an added variation, I now perform 3-finger reps with the spring up and down to cover all fingers. Zenith grippers are very enjoyable additions to my IronMind collection. | ||
